ACDC (CBD)
The taste of AC/DC is sweet, earthy, and skunky. You may even get a taste from the subtle hint of cherry. It’s aroma is a mix of cherry, diesel, and zest. The buds from our ACDC seeds will grow tight but fluffy, and their color will be a light yellow-green, with perking orange hairs.
Origin
A cross between Ruderalis and Cannatonic, this strain is at an even balance of 50 percent Sativa and 50 percent Indica. ACDC is from a phenotype of the high-CBD strain “Cannatonic” (also referred to as the CBD Queen). This strain was carefully selected from a batch of seeds by Dr. William Courtney, who then cultivated and popularized it. The resulting AC/DC, which is generally only available on the market as a clone, is exceptionally high in CBD. The ratio of CBD to THC is sitting just around 20:1.
Growing ACDC (CBD)
Flowering takes around 9 to 10 weeks, this may also be delayed in colder weather. One should expect to spend some time maintaining the plant, which will on average, produce a medium yield. It’s a good idea to prop up, or trill and brace the plant, providing it a steady platform in which to develop upon. If feeding, its diet should include supplements and minerals such as magnesium and calcium. Always be sure to take caution when using nutrients, your plants have the potential to be amazing, but over-feeding them can inhibit proper growth. Additionally, in the extreme cases of using too many nutrients, the future potential of your medicinal grow can be severely lowered.
Use & Effects
Recreational users should pass this one by, as its profile is more akin to hemp as opposed to other THC-packed cannabis strains. Medical patients, especially those with severe disorders like epilepsy, should definitely try our ACDC CBD seeds. Some medical conditions that AC/DC can alleviate are cancer, alcoholism, seizures, and severe pain. Patients with less severe conditions also use this strain. Due to the balance in Sativa/Indica, users should feel a slight uplifting effect followed by euphoria, peace, and happiness. You may feel more focused and more sociable. Some have described the sensation as completely relaxing without a worry on the horizon.
